Added resistance using Salvesen–Tuck–Faltinsen strip theory and the Kochin function

It is now more than half a century since the development of renowned and well-established strip theory Salvesen–Tuck–Faltinsen (STF), Salvesen et al. (1970). One existing, widely used, methods for calculating wave drift force (zero-speed case), or added resistance (forward-speed within this theory, near-field formulation which was developed by himself in (1974), (1978). This method invokes weak-scatterer assumption to drop one term, also approximates exponential terms as constant integrals over each two-dimensional ship section. These approximations are essentially long-wave (1974). The main objective paper, has been entirely inspired Kashiwagi (2010), apply far-field formulation, context STF without above-mentioned assumptions. implemented following Maruo (1960b), (1963) employs Kochin function (1936) express kinematics far field. necessary ingredients obtained an implementation using low-order Boundary Element Method (BEM) free-surface Green function.
